The Preserve’s master plan envisions 9–12 distinct neighborhoods, each designed to offer a unique blend of natural beauty, privacy, and connection. With one neighborhood complete and sold out, two more underway, and future phases including Shady Creek and Two Creeks on the horizon. The Preserve is carefully developed to maintain its premium character, as we are continuously working hard, thus preliminary maps are subject to change.
